Preston Primary School’s new protective roof was completed right on time for the first day of school in 2017. The new curved roof provides an undercover area for the students over an existing synthetic grass surface.
Working with Playground Equipment and Landscaping specialist, Gilbert Grace of Sungrace Enterprises, Trusteel commenced construction of the new curved roof during the January School holidays. Preparations began during the second half of 2016 with site measurement, drafting of plans, engineering, coordinating Building Permit approvals, etc. The frame and components were fabricated at our manufacturing facility and our build team moved in over the Christmas break to complete the new cover.
