Working with the owner’s architectural drawings Trusteel undertook the structural engineering design required for Building Permit approval, manufacturing and installation of the building on site at the Pakenham Racing Club’s trainers allotment in Tynong, Victoria.
The three bay garage features a 20 degree roof pitch, extended eaves, skylights, personal access door, 3 roller-doors and feels at home with adjoining buildings.
